Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-05), Chief Deputy Whip of the House Democratic Caucus, today issued the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court denied an appeal request by Delphi salaried retirees, letting a Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling stand: “I am disappointed that the Supreme Court has decided not to give the Delphi Salaried Retirees their day in court to have their pensions restored ~ In Congress, I will continue to advocate for action to restore hard-earned pensions so that Delphi Salaried Retirees can retire with dignity.” Press release ...
