Significant understanding of the case for restoration of our pensions was shown in the submission of three Amicus Briefs to support the Delphi salaried retirees' petition to the U.S. Supreme Court:
Amicus Brief – Congressman Mike Turner (OH), and 16 co-signing Representatives
Amicus Brief – NRLN, National Retiree Legislative Network
Amicus Brief – Attorneys General of Michigan and Six Other States
