Actions speak louder than words

Vice President Biden ~ talked about the $85 billion auto bailout and said the administration wants to "strengthen middle-class security" in a country "where hard work pays off, responsibility is rewarded and everyone plays by the same set of rules." ~ That's insulting to Delphi salaried retirees whose pensions were cut 30-70 percent by the Obama administration's actions. The Obama administration made a political choice and used our tax dollars to help some while kicking to the curb those they considered too weak to fight back, and they could do that to anybody else they feel is weak. ~

DETROIT, Mich. -- The Magistrate Judge overseeing our discovery dispute with the PBGC held a hearing Tuesday on our Motion to Compel discovery.  After hearing arguments, Judge Majzoub granted our Motion to Compel, holding that the PBGC needed to produce” full and complete” responses to our discovery requests within 90 days.  The Court directed Plaintiffs’ counsel to submit an Order consistent with her ruling.

We strongly agree with the ruling.
