Updated June 26, 2018.  On July 17, 2017, U.S. Treasury continued its maneuvers to block production of documents to the Delphi salaried retirees by filing an Emergency Stay with the U.S. Court of Appeals.  Oral Arguments were heard on Friday October 27, 2017; on December 8, 2017, Order was issued for Remand to District Court Judge Sullivan.  Additional information has been provided to Judge Sullivan to support his review, a further ruling is awaited.
U.S. Treasury has repeatedly taken action in court to avoid compliance with the U.S. District Court's previous Orders and avoid production of these documents.
