In parallel bipartisan bicameral efforts of support, Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Rob Portman (R-OH) and Congressmen Tim Ryan (D-OH-17) and Mike Turner (R-OH-10) sent letters to Senate and House leaders urging extension of Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC) benefits for Delphi salaried retirees who have suffered severe reductions of their pensions.
