Washington, D.C.—This week, Congressman Mike Turner (R-OH), Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), and Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) were again joined by the entire Ohio Republican Delegation in a request to the Director of the PBGC supporting the Delphi salaried retirees' 5-year fight with the PBGC to obtain information to resolve their pension issues.
The letter is based on a recent inquiry by the PBGC Office of Inspector General, highlighting and questioning the PBGC's constant delays in providing pension data for the aging group of pensioners.  The delegation asks fourteen (14) specific questions regarding the PBGC delays in providing vital information to the retirees.
The letter was also signed by Ohio Republican Reps. Steve Stivers, Pat Tiberi, Steve Chabot, Bill Johnson, Bob Latta, Brad Wenstrup, Bob Gibbs, Jim Renacci, David Joyce, and Jim Jordan.  DSRA thanks the Ohio delegation for their consistent support.
