If you are a participant in a DSRA Benefits Trust health care plan you will be receiving (or may have received) a significant mailing package from Marsh – this is your hard copy of the Summary Plan Documents (SPD) providing summary details of all the VEBA health care plans for 2010.

This hard copy mailing is required for compliance with ERISA regulations, the mailing expenses are paid for out of the VEBA Administration funds, not from DSRA legal funds.
