We are delighted to learn that the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform will hold a hearing in Dayton regarding Delphi Salaried Retirees on November 14 and we look forward to participating in the hearing. This hearing will be focus on the Delphi Salaried Retiree Pension Loss Issue. It is anticipated that Congressman Darrell Issa, Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, will attend.
Our lawsuit to restore our rightful, earned pensions continues to move forward, but we are always welcome to new opportunities to explain the inequities we have incurred for more than two years. This Hearing is a follow up to our June 22nd Hearing with Congressman Jim Jordan's Oversight Sub-Committee. Congressman Michael Turner made this important announcement today.
